I bring a warm, compassionate and encouraging approach to all my 1:1 coaching clients. Typically I work with both aspiring or senior leaders and people professionals who want to make a difference. And I tend to work best with leaders who have an underlying narrative of ‘not good enough-ness’ or find it hard (at times) to step into their full potential and share their leadership voice fully.

We all have a tendency to sabotage ourselves in one way or another and coaching provides the safe space to gain greater clarity around what change you want to create, what’s most important to you and what might be holding you back.

I build trust and rapport naturally and offer a supportive but also challenging style to help you unravel your thoughts, see your own blind-spots and experiment with new perspectives and ways of doing things. I believe you have everything you need within you to achieve your bold and courageous goals and together we’ll peel away the ‘layers of the onion’ and tap into your core values to access you inner wisdom and strength.

How I can help you

I pull on my own extensive experience of senior leadership as well as what I’ve learnt from designing and delivering experiential leadership programmes. I also draw on my own experience of overcoming imposter syndrome and my journey of self-enquiry and personal development.
 
Wellbeing is core to my offer, including developing a strong mind-body connection and regulation of your nervous system through simple mindfulness and breathwork practices and being in nature. As leaders, we all need to prioritise putting on our own oxygen mask and feel nourished first, before we can help others.

We are also human beings first, before we are leaders and so I find there are often similar themes many of my clients are grappling with. Here’s a selection of issues I can help you with:
  • Reduce feelings of overwhelm and exhaustion and rebalance your life and work
  • Navigate a career transition and/or life change
  • Resolve trust and conflict issues within important relationships and teams
  • Reframe feelings of imposter syndrome and limiting beliefs and step into a new role or take on new responsibilities
  • Improve your people skills to help balance your more technical focus and get the best from your team
  • Increase your confidence, presence and leadership profile within and outside the organisation
  • Increase your influence and impact so you can step up into your next level leadership
  • Understand and align your personal and professional vision and values
  • Accelerate progress towards achieving a challenging or audacious goal
 
The support I offer is completely flexible, depending on your personal circumstances and challenges. I always start with a chat, so we can get to know each other a little and find out if coaching is what would be most helpful for you and whether I’m the right person to support you or perhaps one of my Associates.
