Hello, I'm Tracey
I’m passionate about supporting leaders, as well as teams and organisations to grow, evolve and flourish so they can be the best they can be.
I have over 25 years senior leadership experience, predominantly in the social housing and not for profit sectors, developing people and transforming cultures. I’ve been instrumental in creating positive, can-do, empowering cultures in a number of organisations. Often starting from a place of low morale and poor performance, some even described as the ‘basket-case’ of the sector, and then going on to achieve outstanding levels of employee engagement and Sunday Times Top 100 Employer Status.

I help individuals, teams and organisations inject a sense of renewed purpose and help them focus relentlessly on their leadership and culture, both inexplicably intertwined.
It’s hard work but a lot of fun and so rewarding to see people, teams and organisations begin to develop ambition and belief so they can truly flourish.
Collaborations
I partnered with MGI Learning in two different organisations, using their World Class Mindset, Language and Actions Toolkit and Training to help develop a positive, can-do, one team culture. I’m now delighted to work as an Accredited Consultant for MGI Learning with a range of organisations, helping them transform their culture, improve performance and empower their people to excel in their roles and handle anything that comes their way at work.
